Bruce Coleman Will Be Missed

The Friends are saddened to advise that Bruce Coleman, a versatile figure in the arts and an active personality in many Bath House performances, died on August 15, 2023.

Bruce worked at just about every theater in the Metroplex, including Theatre Three, as a designer and director.   As a widely-known writer and playwright, his one-man show melded all of his talents into a production that perhaps is the most memorable to local audiences.

Bruce was a wonderful  and influential mentor to young people just starting in the business–he would always take a chance on a young performer.

And of course, he was an accomplished illustrator.  The Friends were elated to have Bruce create our “Honk the Goose” Activity Book drawings which have been distributed to schools and shared at the Bath House’s children’s camps.
