This exhibition highlights the artistic accomplishments of sixteen couples from the DFW region who have achieved significant recognition in the visual arts scene of North Texas. Although some of these artists have collaborated with each other as a couple in a number of projects, each of them has gained acclaim and recognition for her or his individual artistic endeavors. The exhibition at the Bath House Cultural Center showcases pieces of art that explore the unique and personal style of the participating artists who are interested not only in projecting their own individuality and vision onto the world of art, but also in celebrating the dynamic synergy and mutual inspiration that results from living together with another creative individual.
The show includes artwork by Frances Bagley, Jim Bowman, Mary Lynn Bowman, Jim Cinquemani, Allan Cobb, Sue Cobb, Annie Davis, George Davis, Lisa Ehrich, Barbara Frey, Harry Geffert, Kimberly Harry, David Duncan, Linnea Glatt, Terry Hays, Letitia Huckaby, Sedrick Huckaby, Susan Lecky, Rick Maxwell, Sharon O’Callaghan Shero, Tom Orr, Bob Quaglia, Linda Ridgway, Marty Ray, Richard Ray, Kathy Robinson-Hays, Thom Seawell, Heidi Strunck, Juergen Strunck, Michael Tichansky, Wilbert Verhelst, and Judith Williams.
