When five fine art photographers decided to explore our “Vanishing Dallas,” they set their cameras to record some of the most beautiful and frustratingly endangered buildings in our city. With the instruction of photographer Carolyn Brown and in collaboration with Preservation Dallas, the results are emotional and thought provoking.
The participating photographers are: Lyndall Dyer, Bob Johnson, Gary Skotnicki, Nelson Spencer, and Alan Whiteside. They come to this project with varied backgrounds in publishing, architecture, real estate, history, education, theology and art, as well as photography.
