Nada Muere (Nothing Ever Dies) is an adaptation by Patricia Urbina of the short story by Clarissa Pinkola “Mujeres que Corren con los Lobos” (Women Who Run with the Wolves). The human ego is fearful in the presence of death in the natural cycle of life-death-life of our existence. This adaptation comes from an extraordinary short story of a woman who is thrown into the ocean by her father. Later, the woman meets a mysterious fisherman and, with his heart used as a drum, she dances so they can live and die together in an eternal cycle in the sea. One thing that distinguishes soul-inspired living from ego-inspired living, according to the Director, is that when one lives with the soul, one learns to deeply love nature and each other.
