“Happy Days” is one of Samuel Beckett’s absurdist masterpieces. “Happy Days” explores the tenuous relationship that binds one person to another and each to the universe. Winnie is buried in a mound of earth. Willie is always there, but just out of reach behind the mound. By play’s end Winnie is buried up to her neck; however, the human desire for emotional connection never dies. Willie’s presence has been the catalyst of all of Winnie’s ”happy days.” Directed by WingSpan Director Susan Sargeant, “Happy Days” features Bill Jenkins as Willie and Stephanie Dunnam as Winnie. Ticket Price: $18 – $20
